FOAM BOARD
Our padded cover boards are perfect for use in menu covers, loose leaf binders, diploma covers, photo album, journals, wedding albums, and any book or packaging product to which you want to add the luxury of a padded feel.
They are available in a range of board thicknesses with or without our 017pt liner, and with either 1/8” (standard) or 3/16” foam padding.
We sell full sheets or cut your final panel size with either square or round corners.
Our stock configuration is 095pt with 1/8” foam with 017pt liner. Full sheets are 38.00×49.00 and 37.50×24.25.

UNITIZED
We manufacture both plain and padded custom unitized cover boards and box components in a wide range of thicknesses. Our process utilizes a full coverage of 017pt extra smooth chip as the outside of the item, which also serves as the “hinge”. We can make the hinge width from as little as 3/16” wide up to several inches wide. We are able to add through or concealed holes for magnetic closures.
